Scars and sequels
Some traumatisms, injuries, burns or even surgeries leave scars and sequels
that may produce aesthetic or functional alterations. In these cases, we
usually use surgical procedures with the objective of changing the scarīs
orientation to make it coincide with the cutaneous folds and/or the facial
expression lines.
Also, a non surgical treatment, such as dermoabrasion, is effective for
several scars and sequels. For such effect, in our clinic we count on a
Dermapeel team, with silice crystals that are used to refine the scars and
improve the aesthetic aspect.
